Alameda Belt Line Operating Agreement

This application is for an operating agreement with the Port of Los Angeles and Alameda Belt Line to take over rail operations in and adjacent to the Port of Los Angeles. These entail continuation of current operations including moving rail cargo, dispatching and train control services, and maintenance of rail infrastructure. The proposed term is for ten years with two optional five-year extensions and one last optional extension to February 14, 2048.
