Hayward Downtown Specific Plan Implementation

The proposed General Amendments would implement two programs within the Downtown Hayward Specific Plan by 1 establishing a density range of 34.8 to 210 du/ac for the CC-ROC and CC-HDR and 2 remapping a total of 130 parcels from Commercial/High Density Residential, Medium Density Residential, Parks and Recreation between Mission Boulevard and A Street; and Sustainable Mixed Use to the CC-ROC General Plan land use designation to be consistent.
