Toyota Motor North America, Inc. – Area Assignment AA-26-04

The Port of Long Beach approved an Area Assignment AA-26-04 with Toyota Motor North America, Inc. Toyota for vehicle storage adjacent to the Toyota Lease area HD-7837. This vacant parcel was previously relinquished by Toyota under the Fourth Amendment to said Lease. The effective date of AA-26-04 will be November 1, 2026 and will expire January 31, 2027, however, either party may terminate this Assignment prior to the expiration date upon ten 10 days written notice to the other.
