The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power LADWP plans to remove a series of artistic panels currently installed on the exterior surface of an existing water tank in the southern portion of the Scattergood Generating Station located at 12700 Vista Del Mar, Los Angeles, CA 90293. Since its installation in 2018, the panels have experienced sun-related deterioration, including fading and material degradation.
