Geotechnical Field Investigation – Second Amendment to Harbor Development Permit No. 23-021(2)

The Second Amendment to Level I HDP 23-0212, approved by the Director of Environmental Planning on August 25, 2026, permits the Port of Long Beach to conduct a geotechnical field investigation on the Navy Mole, consisting of 2 deep borings and 2 cone penetration test borings at depths ranging from approximately 80 to 140 feet below ground surface.
