Temecula Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility Plant 3 Electrical Modifications

Temecula Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility TVRWRF Plant 3 is currently experiencing intermittent failures in the membrane bioreactor mixers MBM. This was found to be a result of sever mixer corrosions from a faulty grounding system.
