07-26-N-BB-2134 Bureau of Street Lighting City of Los Angeles Joint-Builder Project

Bureau of Street Lighting of the City of Los Angeles proposes installation of fiber optic cables on Hoover St. overpass above Interstate 105 at post-mile PM R7.03 in Los Angeles County for the Middle Mile Broadband Network miles through horizontal directional drilling method. Caltrans right-of-way extends from 115th St. to the Union Pacific Railroad UPRR. There is one fiber optic pull box approx. 26” x 38” x 36” proposed within Caltrans right-of-way. Maximum depth of excavation is six feet.
