Description
The California Department of Transportation proposes to construct an STAA truck turnaround at postmile to 4.95 in the eastbound direction, in Alpine County, north of Lake Alpine. The project proposes to install a truck turning lanes by widening the pavement structural section within the state highway. As part of this project, the area will be cleared, graded, and leveled flat to prepare for the required widening. A culvert extension is anticipated.
