745 Whitney Drive Culvert Replacement Project

The purpose of the Project is to repair a failed storm-drain culvert serving the Whitney Drive drainage system near 745 Whitney Drive, South Lake Tahoe, El Dorado County, California. The existing 18-inch corrugated metal pipe failed at its connection point to a drain inlet on Whitney Avenue, which has resulted in the loss of supporting soil and the development of two voids/sinkholes beneath the roadway and along the property line of 745 and 749 Whitney Drive.
