Sale of Surplus Property to the City of La Habra Heights and the Puente Hill Habitat Preservation Authority

The County of Los Angeles is selling surplus real property to the City of La Habra Heights City and the Puente Habitat Preservation Authority Habitat Authority affecting Parcels 12-1EXF.2 and 12-1EXF.3. The City requested to purchase Parcel 12.1EXF.2 to comply with its State Regional Housing Needs Allocation zoning requirements. The Habitat Authority requested to purchase Parcel 12-1EXE.3 for conservation purchases.
