The California Department of Fish and Wildlife CDFW has issued an ITP No. 1927-ITP-2026-053-06, pursuant to Section 1927.3 of the Fish and Game Code to Christopher and Tiffanie Baxter. The Project is comprised of the development of one acre of undeveloped land into a 3,956-square-foot single-family home with a driveway, garage, pool, and patio on a 1.25-acre lot.
