Permit No. 19961 – Harman Levee Stairs Project

To construct twenty-one 21 concrete steps, 4 feet wide with a handrail, on the landside slope of the levee, extending from the landside levee toe up the slope to the landside hinge point, and twenty 20 concrete steps, 3 feet wide, on the waterside slope, beginning at the waterside hinge point down the slope.
