Amendment to the Irvine Zoning Ordinance to repeal and replace standards and noticing requirements within Chapters 9-8 and 9-10 pertaining to Research & Development uses that require a conditional use permit in Planning Area 8 as well as uses in the 5.5B Medical & Science zoning district of Planning Area 10 that require a Risk Management Plan RMP and expand these requirements to apply citywide to create an Overlay District for all land uses subject to an RMP.
