The California Department of Fish and Wildlife CDFW has issued an ITP No. 1927-ITP-2026-031-06, pursuant to Section 1927.3 of the Fish and Game Code to CEMEX Construction Materials Pacific, LLC. The Project is comprised of the expansion of the Black Mountain Mine limestone quarry including the development of 90.93 acres of previously disturbed and undeveloped land.
