CLEMENTS ROAD RESURFACING 2027 Project Description Project Location: Clements Road: Comstock Road to Brandt Road. See attached Vicinity Map. Project Justification: The first mile north of Comstock was reconstructed in 1969 and one mile north of Comstock Road to Harney Lane was reconstructed in 1968. Both segments were built 24 feet wide with 0.17 feet of Hot Mix Asphalt HMA, 0.50 feet of aggregate base, and 6-foot shoulders.
