Description
The project consists of amendments to Zoning and the Zoning Map to implement SB 79 Government Code Section 65912.155 et seq.. The amendments would temporarily exclude locally designated historic resources listed on the Mountain View Register as of January 1, 2025, and located within one-half mile of applicable TOD stops, from certain SB 79 development provisions, consistent with State law. The beneficiary is the City of Mountain View.
