Description
The proposed project involves a request for the approval of a Development Plan D23-00012, Regular Coastal Permit RC23-00010, and Conditional Use Permit CUP23-00004 to construct a new lift station and force main to divert water flow from the La Salina Wastewater Treatment Plant to the San Luis Rey Water Reclamation Facility, undergrounding of existing an electric distribution line, and the addition of a public parking lot, bike/pedestrian path, and site landscaping.
