The California Department of Fish and Wildlife CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS-HUM-67174-R1C, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Brent Knapek. The Project is limited to two encroachments. One encroachment is for water diversion from Kendall Creek, tributary to the Mattole River. Water is diverted for domestic use only.
