A reorganization to annex approximately 152 acres to the City of Selma and the Selma-Kingsburg-Fowler Sanitation District and detach from the Fresno County Fire Protection District and the Kings River Conservation District said territory in two locations. Located north or Dinuba Avenue and Dockery Ave. and North of Dinuba and West of McCall. Tile project is in the SOI and consistent with the General Plan Update 2035 and latest Housing Element 2023-2031
