Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison SCE to remove and replace one pole 4572761E and its related equipment along State Route SR 23 at post mile 2.02, in the City of Malibu, County of Los Angeles, as well as perform temporary traffic control activities. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 84inches, an average width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of 2 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
