Description
The Napa County Regional Park and Open Space District proposes to replace the exterior siding on the Mill building at Bale Grist Mill State Historic Park to help preserve this historic structure. The proposed work will use dimensionally “in kind” fire retardant treated sawn redwood lumber to replace the exterior siding as per exterior wall requirements per Chapter 7 of the 2025 California Building Code and approved by State Fire Marshal.
