2026-10 Fire Station 1 Rehabilitation and Tenant Improvements

This project will provide exterior and interior tenant improvements to an existing fire station building including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades to provide living quarters and service amenities for the Modesto Fire Department.
