Sphere of Influence Review to Reaffirm the Coterminous Sphere for Maine Prairie Water District and Amend the Area of Concern

The proposed action would reaffirm MPWD’s Sphere of Influence to be coterminous with the District’s jurisdictional boundary and amend the AOC to include the proposed Harvest at Dixon development. Areas of Concern are notification designations only. The proposed amendment would not alter MPWD’s jurisdictional boundary or Sphere of Influence, authorize the extension of services, or result in any physical change to the environment.
