Haas Street Road Resurfacing – City/County Cooperative Agreement

Roadway resurfacing of Haas Street through a cooperative effort between the City of Escondido and the County of San Diego. The project includes asphalt concrete mill and inlay operations consisting of milling the existing pavement surface to a depth of approximately two inches and placement of two inches of polymer-modified asphalt concrete.
