Alta Arden Expressway Phase I

The project would provide pedestrian and bicycle facilities for approximately 0.9 miles, including sidewalks, buffered bicycle lanes, new streetlamps, roadway restriping, traffic signal modification, pavement rehabilitation, and pavement resurfacing.
