A Shoulder Widening project on State Route SR 78 in San Diego County. Shoulder Widening shall take place on both the East Bound and West Bound side of the SR-78. Project work consists of cold planing, HMA overlay, placing Class 2 base, and fog seal coat. Additionally, there will be the removal of a dirt base, HMA overlay, placing Class 2 base, and fog seal coat.
