Wilton Rancheria 53.34-Acre Tribal Office and Economic Development Fee-to-Trust Project

The Proposed Project consists of the acquisition of three parcels totaling 53.34 acres in Sacramento County into federal trust for the benefit of the Tribe. Although the Tribe is not proposing a specific development at this time, a reasonably foreseeable development scenario including a gas station/convenience store and a Tribal administrative office is evaluated in the EA.
