Description
The Project is limited to one encroachment for water diversion from an unnamed tributary to Barber Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of existing water diversion infrastructure, and any structure upgrades necessary to comply with the terms and conditions of the Streambed Alteration Agreement.
