New Siphon on the Tehama Colusa Canal

The District proposes to construct a new siphon with associated infrastructure to divert water from the Tehama Colusa Canal TCC. The District intends to modify an existing Warren Act Discharge by adding a new siphon at the TCC to provide water to District lands with no provision for service and/or lands served by District re-lift stations that are at capacity.
