Coastal Permit with No Hearing; File No. CPN26-0005

The proposed project is a Coastal Permit with no hearing to construct a private 4,950-square-foot, 13-foot-deep, approximately 229,240-gallon water storage pond for backup fire protection and irrigation. The project includes a synthetic pond liner, a rock-lined emergency spillway, approximately 916 cubic yards of cut and 974 cubic yards of fill, and a 0.38-acre area of disturbance. No tree removal or new impervious surface is proposed.
