South Sherwin SB #2 Mill and Fill

The purpose of this project is to extend the service life of the pavement through preventative maintenance on U.S. Route 395 in Mono County, from the Inyo County Line to 2.5 miles north of the Inyo County Line. The pavement within the project limits shows signs of cracking and deformation wheel tracks and needs to be rehabilitated.
