Issuance of General Lease – Industrial Use – Lease 1589

Authorize issuance of a General Lease – Industrial Use beginning June 28, 2026, for a term of 10 years, for the use of an industrial facility on filled and unfilled sovereign land improved with an internal road, open stockpile area, elevated conveyor system, fencing, electrical service, a portion of a storm water discharge pipeline, concrete bulkhead, rock berm, an industrial wharf, and other appurtenant facilities.
