Description
The Demolition and Clearance of Existing Buildings project consists of the demolition and removal of one existing 800-square-foot building located at 9001 through 9019 Long Beach Boulevard. Work includes lead-based paint abatement, utility coordination and disconnections, demolition and lawful disposal of the existing structure and debris, traffic and pedestrian protection, dust and stormwater controls, waste management and recycling, site restoration, and final cleanup.
