On October 20, 2026, the County of Los Angeles Board of Supervisors authorized a lease for space in the above-referenced Property. The County intends to continue to use the leased space as office space which is the same use currently existing on the Property, with possible minor repair, maintenance and the rehabilitation of the existing facility.
