The lot line adjustment involves two existing properties and creating an area for a gated entry from Foothills Boulevard North into the Village 17 Age-Restricted community within Placer Ranch Specific Plan. Resultant Parcels A and B are Landscape Lots Lot WW and Lot XX. Resultant Parcels C and D are the Village 17 and 18 Lots Lot 25 and Parcel 3 of a previous MBLA. Parcel A is transferring 859 SF to Parcel C and Parcel B is transferring 826 SF to Parcel D.
