Zone 12 Line M (Elmhurst Creek) Channel Enhancements between Baldwin Street and Downstream of UPRR

The Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District District proposed project will improve Elmhurst Creek District’s Zone 12 Line M between Baldwin Street to downstream of the Union Pacific Railroad UPRR in Oakland.
