Description
Pursuant to an implementation strategy of the Groundwater Sustainability Plan of the Colusa Groundwater Authority, of which the District is a member, the District proposes to annex small areas of land to provide surface water for irrigation in lieu of groundwater pumping. No construction or other physical changes to the environment are proposed.
