Concurrence on the issuance of a revised Solid Waste Facilities Permit for Mt. Diablo Resource Recovery Park, SWIS No. 07-AC-0043

The changes that will be authorized by the issuance of the Solid Waste Facilities Permit SWFP are: 1. An increase in the permitted tonnage from 1,500 tons per day to 5,000 tons per day. 2.
