Level I HDP 26-040, approved by the Director of Environmental Planning on September 22, 2026, permits Olympus Terminals to excavate an area approximately 4 feet by 4 feet by 6 feet at the southeast corner of Canal Avenue and West Anaheim Street to locate the end of the existing 16-inch pipeline casing on an Olympus-owned and operated pipeline.
