CCWD seeks a time extension for water right Permit 20749, which has a completion date of December 31, 2025. Due to slower-than-projected economic growth and increased water conservation since the permit was issued in 1994, CCWD has not yet demonstrated full diversion and beneficial use of the permitted water amounts.
