Description
The Project proposes a Second Amendment to the Lease Agreement between the City and LFE to allow for the installation of six 6 new 275- gallon aboveground portable water tanks within the approximately 6-acre Primary Lease Area PLA to provide dust control to an existing radio control car track. The PLA is located within approximately 278 acres of existing City-owned land APN 902-0003-003-01 and 902-0003-004-03 “Lease Premises”.
