Consideration of a Master Sign Program Amendment application to increase the size of one previously approved skyline sign TS8 from 360 square feet to 700 square feet for the Genesis Campus at 1-3 Tower Place in the Business Technology Park - High BTP-H Zoning District in accordance with Title 20 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code and determination that the project is categorically exempt from CEQA per CEQA Guidelines Section 15311, Class 11.
