The San Luis Obispo Coast District will issue a Right of Entry permit ROE to the Los Osos Basin Management Committee and its contractor, Cleath-Harris Geologists, Inc. to enter the Morro Dunes Natural Preserve within Monta&241;a de Oro State Park to perform groundwater testing and determine levels of saltwater intrusion.
