SR-4 Culvert Replacement Project (EA 04-0V230)

The California Department of Transportation Caltrans proposes replacing a culvert on State Route SR- 4 in Contra Costa County, near Hercules, 0.5 mile east of Franklin Canyon Road at post mile PM R2.8R. The roadway will be trenched to access and replace the approximately 55-foot long 18-inch culvert. The roadway will then be repaved.
