Description
The proposed action involves installation of solar-powered streetlights along a section of Palomar Airport Road, to provide lighting for employees for a portion of the closed landfill Unit 1 at McClellan- Palomar Airport. The project is part of the Community Health and Safety Plan. Construction method would involve hand-excavating bore holes to install 15-20 light poles. Work will occur within previously paved or disturbed areas.
