Description
The project will design and construct the Main Street Parking Structure, consistent with the facility described in the Down Town Newhall Specific Plan SCH 2005021012, which was later updated to the Old Town Newhall Specific Plan. From parent project: Specific Plan to develop/'redevelop Downtown Newhall with mixed-use, pedestrian-friendly structures and streetscape, taking advantage of proximate transit facilities commuter rail and bus lines.
