The project consists of a license to provide rights to access and use 18 square feet in the existing main distribution frame for the purpose of installing, maintaining and operating two radio racks and all related necessary equipment, such as Uninterruptible Power Supplies, intended to serve the existing detention facility below the courthouse, enhancing radio communications for the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office.
