Description
The Project is limited to two encroachments to remediate prior violations. Two separate projects are proposed as part of the overall restoration of stable hydraulic function on the property. The first project will be re-grading the bank and adjacent slope of an unnamed stream in order to increase bank stability and alleviate slumping. The second project will involve the installation of vegetated grade control structures in an existing rocked bioswale.
