The original Agreement SWPAO 16013, executed on June 7, 2016, sets forth the terms and conditions for the delivery of up to 1,200 acre-feet of Crestline-Lake Arrowhead Water Agency’s CLAWA’s 2016 State Water Project SWP Table A water to San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency SGPWA by December 31, 2016. In exchange, SGPWA shall return to CLAWA, based on a 2 to 1 unbalanced exchange ratio, up to 600 acre-feet of it’s future SWP Table A water by December 31, 2026.
