Rancho Cañada Floodplain Restoration Project (Amendment No. 2 to Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-MON-44907-R4)

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife CDFW has issued a second amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MON-44907-R4, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District. The amendment authorizes an extension of the in-water work window for certain Project activities construction of New Bridge 1, installation of wooden Habitat Enhancement Features, and construction and removal of temporary gravel stream crossings.
